Yeshivas Yeshuas Yisroel
Unique within the Yeshiva world, Yeshivas Yeshuas Yisroel was founded to help Baalei Teshuva men with an interest in Chassidus integrate smoothly into religious society. One of our goals is to take each student’s yearning for Hashem and direct it with practical applications and grounded guidance within a small and personal environment. We also believe in the importance of assisting our students with establishing a career and we support them in transitioning to full-time work or Torah study or some combination of each.
Not only do we teach our students Chassidus and Jewish thought, but we also help them internalize and make these concepts their own through the examples set by our experienced staff, the leadership of the Rosh Yeshiva, and through interactions with Chassidic leaders and Talmidei Chachamim.
We proudly note the privilege of being able to grow in the larger-than-life shadow of our Nasi, the Trebishaner Rebbi, Shlita. The Rebbe helps us to fine-tune our middos and deepen our simchas hachayim, as well as serving as a real-life model of deveykus to Hashem and an authentic Chassidic lifestyle.
We welcome single and married students, as well as students from a range of backgrounds, including Baalei Teshuva and those who grew up in Chassidic and non-Chassidic Orthodox homes. Our students hail from a variety of different countries and our location in the diverse neighborhood of Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph helps them feel at home.
